Refund Policy (Online Shop)
At Warsaw Wireless, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and return policy below:
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items are exempt from being returned, including intimate, sanitary products, and hazardous materials.
To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please note that we do not accept returns sent directly to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted, including:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Please check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at onlinesales@warsawwireless.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.

Please note:
- You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returns, which are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
- For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
This return policy applies only to online purchases and is not valid for in-store purchases.
